Upon approval of this application, Ded Mann Incorporated agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase Craft Coffins for retail sale.

Purchases made through buyer’s wholesale account shall not be sold to other retailers.

Wholesale account shall not be used for personal purchases.

Ded Mann Incorporated has the right to change wholesale prices without prior notice.

Ded Mann Incorporated agrees to allow purchaser the use of product pictures from the website for the sole purpose of reselling merchandise.

Ded Mann Incorporated reserves the right to approve or deny this application for any reason.

This agreement may be terminated by Ded Mann Incorporated at any time for any reason.
